New unified brand HydSupply replaces the ProTest Engineering brand in Jyväskylä/ Finland

ProTest Engineering joined to the Swedish group company Volito Automation Ab on October 4th 2021,
through an acquisition. Now it is time to take the second step. ProTest Engineering Oy will be merged into
the Hydsupply Oy and the merger will be completed no later than 1.1.2025.
ProTest Engineering’s own brand will be removed from the market as a result of the merger.

• The merger strengthens HydSupply’s position as a larger and even more competitive player in the
  market. MD Jukka Sahi notes that the new organization enables the offering of broader customer
  agreements, a more diverse range of products and services, as well as the capability to manage and
  execute large-scale projects efficiently using a turnkey approach.
• HydSupply is committed to staying close to its customers and delivering services cost-effectively,
  both now and in the future.

With the merger, ProTest Engineering’s BUSINESS ID and invoicing information will change.

The changes will take effect from 1.1.2025
